the project involved creating illustrations for the zoning ordinance for York County for select sub-chapters. The sub-chapter 154.112.(A) the aim was to provide illustrations and site planning concepts by keeping the tree-save requirements under consideration. Illustration 1 demonstrates the existing site and tree coverage. The illustration 2 demonstrates the mandatory tree save area and site layout option (following the sub-chapter of the zoning ordinance).
