Awarded for international fieldwork to collect data for graduate thesis and demonstrating interest in civic engagement through volunteering and academic experiences. The research topic aimed to identify the issues faced by pedestrian to access public transport. Observations on site to study the existing land-use and relate to the policies mentioned
by the government. The research was concluded by providing guidelines to implement the policies for a better street network contributing to Transit -Oriented system.

ULI Hines Students Competition 2018.
Toronto, Canada
​

 

Located at the east of the historic downtown of Toronto near the Don river, the competition involved preparing a feasible vision for creating a stimulating mixed-use transition area that uses and enhances the adjacent synergies and contributes to the future growth and reputation of Toronto. The design included evaluation of the possibility of acquiring additional land in the area or partnering with existing developers nearby.

 

 

ULI Hines Students Competition 2019.
Cincinnati, Ohio.
​​

 

The competition consisted of developing master plan for the Cincinnati fort Washington way development along the north-side of the Ohio river waterfront.The design supported the city’s broad vision for reconnecting downtown and the riverfront, as well as the general nature of the area as vibrant, transit- and pedestrian-oriented, sustainable, and mixed-use.

Participated and presented the work for Re-cycling neighbourhoods, Chorrillos Peru. The presenattion included engaging with planners from different parts of country as well as international participants. The presentation focused on showcasing the current situations of a community in Lima, Peru and unleashing potential through a range of urban design opportunities, from temporary interventions to urban design principles to a master plan.
